The fit 55+ process:
free consultation
Our phone consultation will address any current physical current prescribed medications, treatments from your P.C.P. or specialist and if applicable, any Physical Therapist recommendations, cautions, personal issues, concerns, etc.
The initial consult will FOCUS on prioritizing your needs, set a timeframe to accomplish your desired, realistic and achievable goals in tangent with your current and variant fitness levels.
NOTE: The free consult can be in person and combined with your Fitness Assessment IF you have recently been cleared for excersise within the last 90 days by your physician.

The initial in-person session is to measure and assess your levels of
physical strength, balance, flexibility and focus on current weaknesses limitations in movement due to injuries or recently surgery as a starting point to build the most attainable path to success long after our training sessions are complete.
Post assessment, I will begin designing a custom strength conditioning program matching YOUR fitness level focusing on building total body strength to improve mobility, balance and stability while working toward your personal fitness goals.

Our first training sessions together will focus on balance, form and correct posture with movement rather than how much weight or number of repetitions. Proper form prevents injuries and ensures you’re working the right muscles so those muscles will continue to work FOR YOU.
